Eligible Institutions
Under its general and student loan statutes (RSA 195-D and 195-E), the Authority is authorized to undertake projects with certain borrowers, all of which must be not-for-profit institutions exempt from federal income tax under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and located within the state.
Please contact the Authority regarding questions on the eligibility of your institution.
